Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Finance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, payroll support, and sales payment assistance. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both employees and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Address payroll inquiries from employees, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

  • Generate finance reports to track company financials, expenses, and revenue trends.

  • Prepare and distribute bonus reports to the team, ensuring accurate calculations and timely delivery.

  • Identify and report discrepancies in financial records, proactively addressing potential issues.

  • Assist the sales team with resolving payment-related concerns and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or payroll administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage discrepancies and reporting.

  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and payroll systems (preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with employees, leadership, and sales teams.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data.

WFH Requirements

  • Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (computer, monitor, keyboard, etc.) after 90 days of employment.

  • Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).

  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, training, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
