This is a remote position.
The Learning & Development Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and leading training sessions to support employee growth and leadership development across all departments. Utilizing Microsoft Teams and TalentLMS, this role ensures an engaging and effective learning experience. The ideal candidate will create training materials in collaboration with other trainers and foster a positive and supportive training environment that enhances skills and professional development.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging training sessions for all departments using Microsoft Teams and TalentLMS.
Develop and update training materials in collaboration with other trainers to align with company goals.
Foster a friendly and supportive learning environment that encourages employee participation and growth.
Assist in leadership development programs, ensuring continuous professional growth for team members and leaders.
Monitor and assess training effectiveness, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify learning and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and job performance.
Requirements
Experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, TalentLMS, and other e-learning platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Passion for helping employees and leadership grow through engaging learning experiences.
Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and department needs.
WFH Requirements
Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (computer, monitor, keyboard, etc.) after 90 days of employment.
Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, training, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
