Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Kreadiv Specialist, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, creating engaging graphics, and developing websites using Wix. You will work closely with clients and member consultants to bring creative ideas to life while ensuring a seamless design and branding experience. Additionally, you will support Kreadiv billing inquiries by escalating concerns as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Kreadiv client account access and maintain secure, organized records.

  • Design custom graphics and visual assets to align with client branding and marketing needs.

  • Collaborate with clients and member consultants to understand their vision and translate it into creative solutions.

  • Build and customize websites using Wix, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly experiences.

  • Assist in the escalation of Kreadiv billing questions to the appropriate team for resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design and website development (preferably with Wix).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work directly with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a creative environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for bringing ideas to life.

  • Must Reside in Missouri

WFH Requirements

  • Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (computer, monitor, keyboard, etc.) after 90 days of employment.

  • Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).

  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, training, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
