Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR role or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Must Reside in Missouri
WFH Requirements
Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (computer) after 90 days of employment.
Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
